Help create the TOS
I think that the members here should give a helping hand in getting a TOS started. Anyone can put in their ideas and Jim can then go from there.
I would start with:
This is a just a quick start. Would like everyone to add to it.

Terms of Service - Basically was trying to help Jim with some ideas of rules to keep the forum clean and spam free. He is busy taking care of his health and thought it would be nice of the members of the forum could pitch in and help out.

Like to see marketing that pertains to real estate or any of the peripheries
I think this forum is pretty clean except for the occasional spam bot gets in. I can't think of any thing more. From what I have seen Jim has done a great job here.

 One thing that would be nice is having a picture of the person to go with the forum name. I know alot of people like me have their picture on their website. I'm just a visual person

Jason - Yes, there is a thread that states you can have only 2 links in your signature. I think you might have posted on that thread, maybe after you posted here.
