Default Defining a Target Market

When defining your target market for telemarketing campaigns which characteristics have you found to be the most reliable... geographic, demographic, psychographic, or something else?

In the past we have targeted our telemarketing efforts to specific geographic areas and FSBOs & Expireds. I really don't think it matters which one you choose as long as you choose one. (or two, or three)

As I said in another post, Froy Candelario will only call by geo location, I know others that love calling FSBOs, and I enjoy the calling the expireds. Most agents will probably gravitate to one "group" that they enjoy more (or hate less) calling than the others.

For the expireds and FSBO's how do you cross reference your list for those on the do not call registry?

You can scrub the numbers against the Do Not Call registry yourself or you can purchase lists pre-scrubbed.
