Does any other offices out there use OT (opportunity time)?
If so, is there any type of incentive to get agents to want to work a block of time (besides the opportunity to get a sale)?
Or, has your office moved in another direction?

My office doesn't have floor time. It has a receptionist 9-5:30 M-S and 11-5 on Sun and supposedly leads are rotated down the list when they come in cold (not associated with a sign call etc). Come to think of it I haven't gotten one of those leads in over 10 years! lol. That's REMAX for you.

Opportunity time is the greatest demotivator for real estate agents - they are working the time to get the crumbs that fall off the productive agents' plates.
