Austin Texas Homes, LLC is hiring - we need more agents!
Requirements: Sales and service experience of 1-2+ years preferred but not required. Familiar with Austin. Self-starter. Enjoy helping people in person, via email and especially on the phone. Have or able to obtain a Texas Real Estate License. Pay: This is a straight commission position, so your pay is really dependent on your efforts. The sky is truly the limit, but a good agent can expect to earn $50,000+. We have new agents who are on track to earn over $100,000 this year. You are not responsible for paying us anything other than the commission split. We provide class-A office space and a personal 8' x 8' cubicle with large desk, phone, computer, free long distance, free color printing, signs, lockboxes, copies, etc. Leads/Prospects: We own and operate two of the highest ranking online Austin real estate websites, and we receive more internet real estate leads than any other company in town. Check out www.austintexashomes.com and www.jimolenbush.com on the search engines. These sites are generating more leads than our team can handle. About Us: We are a small, laid back office with about 15 agents located in the Westlake Hills area. We are looking to add 2-3 new agents to our team.
