On my home page below the pictures of communities I have a grid that gives quick links to specific parts of my site. Really more of a site map with just links to interior website.
1- I believe that a person who is somewhat familiar with my area would enjoy getting to specific info fast
the mls search is sometimes confusing to get to main areas on since it calls areas different than the common term people know it as. That is why it is there
2- I am worried that it could hurt my rankings to have so many links on homepage in simple format
3- If I put more about each link there I am worried it would hurt keyword density or search engine placement for my homepage
The questions is Should I keep it there I am current rank #5 on google for 'destin real estate' main keyword with the grid being there for 4 or 5 months if I change it I am afraid It could hurt rankings
but I also feel if I take it off the front page It could help for main keyword results
Not sure what direction to go
[left]I welcome any comments about the grid or any part of my website from anyone, others opions are very helpful When I work on a website alot sometimes I miss the obvious Mike Henderson www.destincondosandhomes.com |

If you want the obvious the template you choose makes it a little hard to make your mls search stand out. The #1 thing people want to see is homes, yet the search doesn't stand out IMO. Also way to much scolling, your homepage is just to long.
