Default IDX Fees

Recently I was made aware of an annual review fee made payable to the local association for any URL displaying IDX data.

Is this common?

Default Re: IDX Fees

It will vary based on your association. The members that choose to use IDX or VOW do add to the costs of the association so it only make sense that you would have a fee for it.
