I have been licensed in the state of Florida to do real estate since 1995 and have real estate broker's license since 1997. In addition, I have been a resident of Naples since 1989 and a Florida resident since 1983. My children have gone through the Collier County Public School system and have either graduated or currently attending the University of Florida.
I also hold a Florida Mortgage Broker's license since 1996.
I am a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
In my local board, I have served on the Intranet Committee, Budget Committee, and currently serving on the Legal Resources Committee.
To best serve your referrals to me, I use an approach which orientates the prospect to the Naples area, identify neighborhoods or subdivision meeting their needs, inform them of historical and current price trends in the areas that interest them, and provide objective comments on each property.
