When I receive referral calls, I am always asked "How much will you pay me?" I find that funny because that agent won't get paid at all if they select an agent who doesn't have the knowledge and skills to find or sell a home! Here is what I will do for your referral:
1. I know the market and the inventory.
2. I work tenaciously to find a home for a buyer (using little known MLS tricks, outside marketing, using all available financing options, etc.)
3. I use effective methods to market a home to sell quickly (top-ranked website, direct Realtor mktg, avoiding listing mistakes other agents make, etc.)
4. I present and negotiate offers to gain acceptance and to protect the client's interests.
5. I have a team in place to ensure transactions close on time with the fewest problems possible.
6. And I will gladly pay you a 25% referral fee.
After all, 25% of a closed deal is a check in your hands. 30-40% of no deal is a waste of your time. Thank you for your consideration.

Interests:
Playing with my two kids. Enjoying my tropical backyard and "hot tub" soaks with my family. I also run a full time pick up service (I pick up after my husband, my two kids, my dog...) - of course, this doesn't pay as well as real estate. :)
