Hey Glenn,

Great to know I can ask or bounce some ideas off of you. It is going to be intersting to see how the new law is goign to effect things. Although most people who actually got help with a lease back option failed to comply or just gave up with in the first 12 months at a rate of 98%. I use to do some BPO's but found that most the time you didn't get paid (usually a 3 month wait) or you didn't get the listing. But have heard that that niche in real estate services has become better.

I have gone to a court house before to get info, but not here in cook. Besides there are services that have people that goto the courthouse everyday and you can purchase that info.

Drew, payment time lags with a good time is usually no more than 14 days, from submission to check on my desk. There are companies out there that you spend more time trying to collect than you spend on the BPO. I have "blacklisted" some of the companies. Will not publish, but if you get a request - e-mail me or PM me.

Yes I think it would be a worthwhile thing as this market is exploding. It will only get worse as all of the buyers with option arms get hit with more and more rate increases.
