The Market Place Is Starting To Get Back To Normal, More Inventory Than Buyers, Pricing Are Continuing To Come Down. Agents Are Starting To Adjust And Get Back To The Basics Of Real Estate. Selling Is A Learned Skill And For Those That Were Here In The Last Few Years, Did Not Really Sell They Merely Were Order Takers. They Are Now Beginning To Feel The True Business Of Real Estate. It Is A Business That Requires A Great Deal Of Follow-up And Constant Marketing Expertise.

I love the slowing market, it allows good agents to take major market share. My guess is there will be 20% less agents by the end of 2007 then the start of 2006.
