New to the forum
Hello everyone,
My name is Darlene Young and I am a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker in sunny California. I actually found the site accidently while trying to obtain some information after getting an email from Craig Proctor seminars. I found the member response helpful in determining whether or not I'd be interested in attending his half day seminar. I am really happy that I found this site and can interact with agents that are interested in the industry especially during this time when the market has transitioned again. I have a small firm and I look for ways to keep my office aprised of the changing environment. Sometimes it's hard to keep everyone encouraged and motivated to keep doing the things that will pay off in the long run. I don't get into many discussions with agents that have been in the business for longer than a few years so I am looking forward to everyone's perspective whether new in the business or a "long timer," like myself. I am really looking forward to participating in the discussions.

Welcome to the forum!
Real estate is a fluid environment and staying abreast of current strategies is a great way to stay afloat. Many agents here have experienced industry ups and downs throughout the years and have great advice for those looking to understand and make the most of the current situation.

Welcome to the forums. What did you decide to do about Craig Proctors seminar? The "conversation" on the blog post got a little heated when Craig started sending over his people, but I think it was pretty obvious who the real agents where on that post and what they thought of his "systems".
