Hello everyone, I introduced myself in Sept 06 and haven't really posted much since, although I check in regularly and read the posts, I thought I should participate a little more. So I am from Atlanta Ga and plan to participate in the discussions from here on out.

Hi Dan,
It is good to see you here and hope to hear from you on this forum. How is the Atlanta real estate market doing?

Well mine was one of the "handful" that was resubmitted to Yahoo early, but since then the robots blocking tags have been removed from everyone's site. Initially I had a fair ranking w/Yahoo but it has slipped away lately. Doesn't genterate much traffic anyway. I have been hanging out in different places on the internet, Max's site which has been quiet lately, Morgan's, AOL, and I read various SEO blogs but don't contribute much to those.
Just trying to stay cool. We have been over 100 degrees for 3-4 weeks now with hardly any rain this year. |

I would take the heat over our 80+ MPH winds we had last week. I was without power from Thursday-Sunday, and both of my condo conversion had the same issue. That is a huge path of destruction for the storm as each conversion is about 30 minutes from my house in different directions.
Anyways Dan good to see you here and hope you stick around.

The loan stuff has hit us hard. Many of the changes effect investors and first time buyers more then anyone and that is your 2 largest markets when doing a condo conversion. With that said we are still selling and will find ways to get these projects sold out so we can move onto the next one.
It has made me realize I need to take some time and go get more listings. With the slow market this is the perfect time to go after market share as most of my competition has pulled back on their marketing budgets. On the other hand we have increased ours. |
