Well those are good strategies. I have been selling a lot and having a high percentage fall apart in inspections and financing. I think the media is making a lot of people really nervous. So I have to keep more balls in the air in order to compensate for that. Listings are crucial to that approach.

The media has people very worried and making stupid decisions. This is the best time to buy a home in years and buyers are sitting around waiting. When the market picks back up and home prices start increasing the buyers will be back and wondering why they didn't buy that home before when they could have saved 5-7%.

The tough market has made us do a better job with the prospects and with putting more intensity into our marketing efforts. So in some ways the slow down has been good for us. |

Hi Wayne,
