My First Deal!
Hello all,
This is my first post on the forum, and just wanted to say I got my first completed offer yesterday with a counter & then acceptance of the counter today. Woo hoo! Guess you can say I'm excited. Welcome to the forum Tony. Congratulations on the successful negotiations of your first contract. Something that my first broker told me - "don't count the commission until it closes."
My first closing was a nightmare to close on time, due to the lender not wiring in the funds. LOL You will learn some good stuff here. Have a great day and congrat's again.
