Hi Glenn, pretty much like it is down there, very slow. Prices have declined to close to 2004 levels in some instances.

There was an article on CNNMoney regarding the Naples condo real estate market. The article stated that people should consider buying in Naples now, since the condo market is glutted as well as a 17 percent reduction in median price.
