Imagine, two people from the (almost) same place finding the site in two different ways just days apart.
I'm on the other side of town (Tucker, Stone Mountain), but also in the Atlanta area, and work primarily in Gwinnett County and around Lake Lanier. I specialize in "garages with detached homes" and lake type properties... kind of toy-centric. My website is the same as my name, and I have a buyer/seller/investor forum as well as a blog and articles that I need to update more frequently. I've been wandering around the site for a few hours, looking at various posts, and getting a feel. I haven't been lurking for a long time, but rather lurking deeply ![]() I look forward to reading more and participating. Thanks, Lane Bailey ![]() And that would be the previous toy... new toy currently under construction. Kids are easier to make. ![]() Last edited by JeepOnRock : 06-13-2007 at 02:30 PM. Hi Lane,
Welcome to the Forum! We're happy to see you here. When I read on your profile that you specialized in "cooler than average" garages I was tempted to say something like, "I'm looking for something with an average temp. of 72..." ![]() Jim

Many of the garages I've sold were very well cooled... and while this isn't Phoenix, it does get pretty warm here. And it isn't one of those dry heats, either (like sticking your head in an oven is less unconfortable...). We have a wet, sticky heat that a simple swamp cooler won't help with. |

Hi Lane
Welcome to the forum - I had to laugh about the cooled garages and garages with detached homes. You might have a great business here in Florida with cooling garages. ![]()
