Howdy Folks,

Hope this finds you well. I enjoy real estate in the Atlanta area. Love lake real estate, currently specializing in Lake Arrowhead and Lake Russell. Do you guys have an opinion on what the most effective way is to farm for listings? Other than the tired (but probably still effective) calling expireds.

Hi John, I suppose direct mail is still a good one as are fsbo's but my new favourite is an online evaluation mailer of some sort, since this is a tech saavy forum after all, LOL. Cheers

Welcome John. While there aren't a lot of members here (YET), the ones that are here are all veterans, with quite a bit of SEO knowledge and have made a nice living from their sites. Ken, Glenn and Jim and a few others are always worth listening to.
