This forum will help us learn from the mistakes of others, I have tried just about every method of getting sales. I dont want leads or listings I want sales. So if I dont think what I am doing will lead to a sale, Im not going to waste my time.

Think about this. Who pays for the publication of the realtor magazines we receive each month. The people who want us to buy their "magic beans" web pages, postcard systems, pot holders etc.

There is no secret other than talking to as many people per day as possible.
