Aloha from Maui! I am new to this forum, just wanted to introduce myself. I am a REALTOR on Maui, I am actually sitting an open house right now, in a direct oceanfront condo and watching whales and waiting for buyers to come by!!!
I want to launch a topic here. Did any of you hire a copywriter before? What are the do's and don'ts? Have a great day! There is no smiley whale unfortunately...

Do make sure they donot copy paste from other resources. Duplicate content is a huge no no

Do make sure they do write about what you asked them to write about.

Want to take my wife to Maui. She has been talking about it for a couple years now and she deserves a vacation.

As for copywriters. Make sure they are from the US if you want to target a US audience.

Next as Mert said you want to make sure that the content is original.
