Default Questions?

I am a Realtor in Westford, MA.

I am starting research to create a website and I stumbled upon your forum. It seems like you are in early stages and finding info explaining the purpose and benefits of the forum are elusive.

Can you shed some light?

Hi Ted,

Welcome to the forum. I moved your post from the Terms of Service category to this one. It seems to fit better here.

You commented that it seems that we are in the early stages of development here. That is true and we have not done any "formal" announcements or advertisements yet and won't until we have the rest of the site completed.

You also stated that "finding info explaining the purpose and benefits of the forum are elusive."

Ted, the purpose of the forum is among other things for education and networking. I guess each individual will have to decide for him/herself what benefits there are for participating.

Back to the "elusive" comment for just a sec... Out of all of the categories we have taken the time to start did you not get some idea what the forum was about? Feel free to jump right in and pick a topic or two to contribute to or ask questions.

Thanks again for visiting,

-Jim

Jim

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, So far I gather that this is a forum for discussing the use of technology in Real Estate.

Is that accurate/ complete?

I am looking to find the best way to develop an effective website. How can you help?

I don't think I could do it myself. I'm not that technical. So I am looking for help. My concern is that so many Realtors have websites, How do I get mine noticed?

The way I found this forum was by doing a Google search. I tried a Google search for Real Estate on a couple of territories in the US. I clicked on the ones on the top of the list and found Famous Agents on the website.

What should I expect for a budget to have someone develop a website for me?

Hi Ted,

The cost to develop a site entirely depends on your wants and needs. We can build a simple site for as little as $500.00 or it can run several thousand dollars for a robust custom design.

Please call me at 800-948-4610 to get a quote based on your needs.

Jim
