Colorado Broker and Investor

Hello to everyone at FamousAgents, it's nice to join your community.

I am a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and Investor. I own invesment properties in Colorado and Arizona and am always looking to acquire more or sell all, or portions, of these properties to anyone who may be qualified and interested. As a broker, I'm not driving around town looking for anyone's "perfect home", instead, I fill my time finding properties that cash flow for investors. That may be a second home, a multi-tenant property or commercial property.

If I may ever be of assistance, or if you're interested to learn more about some of my properties, please don't hesitate to call on me. In the mean time, I look forward to learning all about FamousAgents and its online community.

Thanks for replying!

I cover Denver-metro. My office is based in the Cherry Creek section of Denver, but I also maintain an office 3 days per week in Arvada (where I have some medical offices).

How 'bout you? I notice you're in Chicago (GO BEARS!). Are you downtown, in the suburbs, etc? I've spent quite a bit of time in Chicago, love the lake area!!!

My team covers all of the Chicagoland area at this point, but our actual office is in the Northwest Suburbs. Reality is our office is our car these days, but you have to have a legal address for the state .

Welcome to the forum, Klundy. The Cherry Creek area of Denver is very nice. My understanding is that there a few new condominiums in the area that offer some nice amenities and convenient locations.
Hope the weather gets better out there. My daughter and her family live in the metro area.
