I was doing some research on IDX / VOW systems and came across Mert's post concerning the MLSNI rules and regulations. Fascinating to say the least compared to what we can do in Las Vegas. My one thought on the forced registration is what is to say that Mickey Mouse can't register with an alias e-mail address to gain access?
Anyways... I don't like to spend too much time on most forums because sometimes I think there is just way too much time spent chasing the latest SEO fads but I thought this forum was fresh with some great ideas --- not only for the web but for other methods such as discussing farms, media, etc... I found the Craig Proctor thread entertaining to say the least. I must say that I would really like to see more input on Jay Abraham (my personal favorite) and Brian Buffini's 100 days to greatness (my wifes favorite and she is a licensed instructor of the system). (I'll post under these threads for more thoughts.) Save time and a lot of money following their concepts (Jay and Brian) for any business -- not just real estate.
Anyways -- great site for ideas and the developers are given a thumbs up in my book. |

I think as the site grows it will become a very valuable resource for us all. It is great that there isn't as much bs on this forum as many others.
