Hello All!
My name is Elise Wright, and I am the newest edition to the FamousAgents.com staff. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, and I hope you’ll do the same. I will be regularly writing to the blog and forum, and my primary responsibility will be to feed you with valuable nuggets to effectively market your website.
I am excited to get to know everyone through our conversations on everything from website strategies to the real estate market. I love writing; it’s my passion. Hey lets face it… if you can’t write, you can’t market. I’m a night owl, and when I can’t sleep, I write. Things flow out of my brain that you wouldn’t believe at 2:00 in the morning when I hear nothing but the always irritating sound of the ticking clock.
I will work frivolously to bring you valid, practical information and tips for you to use as you see fit. Marketing a website is a technique unbeknownst to a large majority of website developers, and it is my plan that our dialogue through both blogging and forum posts will give you that extra edge, or at the very least, resources to discover your own secret weapons! My job is to bring you every bit of ammunition I uncover before others get their hands on the goods, and it will be done.

Welcome to the forums! Also liked your article, to bad most agents still think that it's ok and helpful to use recips, 3 ways, and paid links. While they can help there is nothing like getting some true one-way links. Look forward to the follow up.

Welcome aboard!! Let the brain picking begin. Like the article still reading through the other link pages. Although I did notice that the Web 2.0 awards link didn't work.
Which I tinkered with and noticed that if you take out the "." between 2 and 0 it works.![]()

Hi Ken!
I appreciate the welcome, and I am genuinely excited to get things going. The false beliefs about link-gaining strategies have a lot to do with the misinformation that many agents have received in the past, and are unfortunately still hearing. We're going to set the record straight, and equip our readers with every bit of information out there about PROPER and effective link baiting strategies. I look forward to your further imput. Thanks, Elise |

Hi Drew!
Pick away! I'm glad you enjoyed the first article, and rest assured it is just a taste of things to come. I appreciate your letting us know about the link mishap; it will be fixed shortly. Thank you for the welcome. I am excited to get to know everyone, and I welcome any questions that pop into your mind. Thanks again, Elise Last edited by Elise Wright : 11-01-2006 at 11:55 AM. |

Hi Mert!
Thank you for the compliment. It's always nice to get a little feedback and feel well received. As you know, I am currently working on the follow up to my first article, and I'm excited to shed light on the real estate aspect of link baiting. In the mean time, please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Dialogue is the only way for us all to get to know each other. Thanks, Elise |
