Hello from O'Fallon, IL! I joined yesterday while looking for samples of websites that I can emulate since I only have a very basic page along with my company webpage. I've been thinking of getting a fully functional, real estate relevant, and user friendly site that will not break the bank. I've seen JimMessenger's and samples by other web designers--any thoughts?

This is my second year in real estate and since I'm not busy yet, I took a broker's class and earned a broker's license--probably should have taken GRI instead but I have no regrets.

O'Fallon, IL is the home of Scott Air Force Base. It's a great midwestern community full of cornfields yet only twenty minutes to St. Louis, MO. We cheer more for the RAMS than the BEARS because of proximity.

It seems to be a very informative forum and I hope to learn and contribute. Thanks and have a great day!

My first suggestion for you is to choose a different URL. Your current URL violates the membership mark usage of the NAR. (you are not the only agent to make this mistake)
