Default Hello From AZ

Greetings from the Valley of the Sun...

I just happened across this site as I was looking for info to pass along to my clients about our new "Buyers Market", they have to hear it on tv to believe it you know..LOL I am just beginning to explore this site, I hope to learn lots as I believe knowledge is power!

Our market here in Phoenix is CRAZY to say the least, I am a new agent within the past year and am lucky in that I have a great mentor (sister) who is a pro in the business! I must say I know many many agents that got licensed in the past three years who are struggling big time and have to sell their Hummers..LOL Times are tough out there now and marketing is the name of the game, I missed out on the "boom" and thats fine with me.. I am learning how to practice Real Estate in a "real" market not a fleeting one, I am a pro at marketing thats for sure!

Have a great day,

Linda

Hi Linda,

Welcome to FamousAgents.com!

The market in Phoenix is certainly changing. Most of the newbie Realtors that joined in the last two years thought that period of insanity was normal. I had several disagreements with many of those “new experts” last year. They all seemed to believe that this run up would last. Some would tell me, “My Broker says this should last 10 years…” LOL.

Anyway, the market adjustment is good for the industry. Hopefully, we can get rid of all the dreamers & schemers and get back to reality.

Again, Welcome to the forum.

Jim
