Default Profiling your ideal FSBO

Can you provide a profile of your ideal FSBO? For instance, when you call FSBOs are you looking for those who have decided to give up and are in the process of looking for an agent or are you looking for something else?

Default Calling FSBO's

When I first started calling FSBO's I thought the goal was to find that person that was ready to list now (or could be convinced that they were ready now). It didn't take along for me to figure out that the real money was developing rapport with every owner that I could and to stick with them for the long haul. Hint - there is a lot of money to be found at the fifth week.

How often did you contact FSBOs during that five week period and what did you do to develop rapport?

One initial phone call, a visit to view the home, weekly mailings and another visit on the 5th week.
