Default Auto Centering or set to center

Hey Jim,

I have noticed for the last few days that when I create a post or reply to one that the text is set to center the text instead of the traditional left margin. Which I notice the in the right upper corner or the tool bar the A under the smaller font A with a / between them seems to be on or atleast I click to turn off the centering so the text is on the left margin.

Nothing huge. I just thought it might be just me that has this issue. Plus I really like this site and want to help make it as good as possible for others too.

Hi Drew,

Are you cutting and pasting from word or are you typing directly in the forum editor? If so, that is your problem. If you prepare your documents in word you should copy them into notepad before pasting into the forum or blog. If you are not using word, see if the information below helps.

The A/A symbol in the upper left corner turns off text formatting. There are three options (left, center, right) for justification in the editor. They are the group of three to the right of the Bold, Italics, and Underline buttons.

I type directly in here, no cutting and pasting. I just notided it lately. When I first started in this forum it wasn't doing it. I mean it is not a huge deal just something I noticed.

Not something that I have run into. Wonder if you changed it on one post then it saved your preference for some reason.

That was something I thought. I guess I'm going to have to tinker with it to see if I did just that.
