Dave,
Are you referring to the scene transfers??
If that is the case, I use a graphics program (it was either Fireworks or Photoshop) to create the transition image, then insert it into the video.
That is just one way, there are many other ways.
As far as equipement, I use a JVC digital.

Ed, I have several tools to create the slides - what software are using using to edit your videos? Are you using Adobe Premiere? What model of JVC are you using? would you buy same/similiar again? Thanks

Here I am months later. Still working towards having video on the sites. When I change brokerages - the new Brokerage was working with a local video company to produce top end video tours of properties and has created a number of community videos for some of the luxury communities that we support.
One of the guys that I work with has a Sony HD video camera that I am going to start working with to create our own. I am also looking into getting one of the $150 video cameras to keep in the vehicle at all times with my point and shoot camera. I get too worried when I leave my digital SLR in the truck ![]() Is anyone using the new "Flip" video camera? One of the reasons that I am looking at this particuliar video camera is the small size coupled with the capacity to attach a tri-pod or mono-pod to the camera. At least for myself having a stand does wonders for the quality of the photos that I take. My assumption is that it will be even more important for the camera. |

I have thought about the possibility of using a newer flip video camera. Right now I am using my digital camera that has a video option to create any videos for my use

I went out fishing yesterday morning. On the way back in I pulled out my old Cannon G3 and used the video mode to record some video for a test. The more I though about the opportunities to film the South Florida lifestyle the more determined I was to move forward with Videos. I want to have a film of some angler catching a Sailfish and Dolphin, I want to have a video of the people wind surfing on Jupiter Beach, I would like to have a video of boats coming in and out of the Jupiter Inlet, the Christmas boat parade and the list goes on and on...
Thanks for the feedback! Dave Abernathy Last edited by Ocean30 : 05-05-2008 at 03:26 AM. |

Dave,
That is why I like having the ability to carry around my digital camera in my the breast pocket of my shirt. It is always with me, so I can take either pics or video with it. I have used it to show a community or neighborhood to prospective buyers. I have even managed to sell some homes without the buyer coming into town. |
