Default Signature Link Policy

Please review our conditions on signature links:
  1. If a post has less than 20 words the signature will not display. This will decrease the number of external links to content ratio. And hopefully, it will increase the quality of the post by discouraging the "me too" and "I agree" type comments.
  2. A member must have a minimum of 10 posts before their signatures are activated.
  3. If a member has more than one post on a page only the first post will show their signature. In other words, only one signature per member per page is allowed.
  4. Please limit your signature links to no more than two.
  5. Signature links are intended to be a benefit to agents and their websites. This mean your "Real Estate" websites. The signature link fields are not for your other business venture websites or for your hobby sites about flowers, cars, etc. Please ask first before adding signature links to any other sites other than your personal real estate web site.
Please do not try to shortcut the signature policy by adding an artificial one within your posts. It's not that difficult to earn the privilege of having one included.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation,

Jim

DOH!!!! So much for spamming the forum with hundreds and hundreds of links!!! I guess I'll have to settle for thought out responses and original forum topics instead. You're such a killjoy Jim!

I will make sure my posts have twenty words. That sounds like a good policy. And here is my 20th word!

Edit: Hmm, that didn't work the first time, maybe I mis-counted?

Jim,
I don't know if this is possible or if it is permissable at this time, but can someone post a link in the post to example of a page, if requested by another forum member? Ed had a video that I wanted to see and felt it would be in the best interest of the forum to have him PM me with the link. The technique he is using with his video is excellent and it might be an excellent idea for other forum members to see and comment upon.

Thanks - I was looking to find the rules related to signatures. Sounds like a well thought out strategy.
