Additional comment to Ken regarding foreclosure forecast. I was thinking that the number of foreclosures in certain areas here would be seen next year - but imagine my surprise when in August I saw about 80 in that area! I shocked to see some where the purchase was made less than 5 months ago! Another reason why the foreclosures are occurring earlier than I predicted is the high cost of homeowner's insurance as well as the impact of market value increases and the impact related effect on the real estate taxes. This is addition to the interest rate increases. Big problem for some of these folks is that they have hard pre-payment penalties, as I saw in the documentation.

Homes hitting forclosure after only 5 months, wow that is really scary.
Short sales are going to become something that will become common place IMO. Really need to start learning more about this stuff.

Hi-
I put up a couple blog posts recently that offer some data and insight on foreclosures. Check out the Focus on Foreclosure seminar review and the Foreclosure news report. |

Hi Jim,
Heard awhile back that you were not feeling well. Hope you are doing much better now. I will call you on Monday - I have a Legal Resources Committee meeting today (all day) at the local board of REALTORS. |

I tend to agree with you Ken. Prior to the real estate profession, I did make oral presentations before local, state, regional and national professional organizations, as well as an industry representative for regional and state organizations - again oral.
And as you know I have recently been interviewed by the local ABC and NBC affiliates on 2 different topics regarding real estate. Again oral presentation. I am not confident in my writing skills - especially with so many of my web pages going into supplemental results. |

Supplemental results have nothing to do with your writing skills. It is an issue of not enough PR to the inner pages and AA's url issues. These should be better with 4.0, but until it is fully working and a few bigger sites are moved over there is no way to know for sure.
We can get any page out of the supplemental results that you really care about with a few links, but then the links will be to urls that will be gone down the road. Kind of a catch 22 IMO. Do you want to invest the time into linking to pages that will have a new url or just let them sit in the supplemental results? Neither option is very good. |
