Working Expired Listings

When prospecting Expireds which method of contact has been most effective for you; in-person, phone, mail, or something else?

Hi Gilbert, I think it all depends on how active your market is with expireds...in my market, there aren't many expireds at all and in my opinion, it's better face to face unless they're not owner occupied. If i had a lot of expireds every morning, I would say over the phone and depend on the numbers.
