Is any one using SharperAgent for their followup and drip e-mail campaigns?
What has been your experience and how did you like the service? I have noticed that their system shows e-mails being sent, but recipients are not opening them. In one campaign, I have about a 20% opening rate, while in another campaign no one person opened an e-mail. For better clarification - the first campaign has 80 recipients and the second campaign has 120.

Glenn, what are the subject lines for these emails? Did both groups get the same email or different ones? That is a truly horrible open ratio. Something needs to change obviously.

What the techies at sharperagent found was that not all the e-mails were sent out. Hence, the low opening rates. I have noticed that the percentage of opening does decrease over time. The title being used starts with ||| e-FLASH followed by a question. Might have to consider the title.
Also, since the source of the prospects comes from different sources could also have a bearing on the results.
