Can you explain a little more about Brian? I heard a lot about him but not a single first hand experience.

Hey Mert,

When I was with RE/MAX in Las Vegas I would listen to Buffini every month on the RE/MAX Channel. I never paid for any of his material but he is great to listen to. He really talks about working your client base for referrals.

I use some of Brians stuff and like it a lot. Think the monthly "item of value", postcards, and other stuff costs about $100 a month. Not really sure as it just bills my credit card. Either way it is a great way to keep in touch with my past clients.

Ken, what is the ROI on that? Do you get many referrals as a result or is it hard to separate because of your huge name brand and website marketing?

Before the market slowed down I was thinking of Buffani. With the market down I have been cutting back on expenses. I wonder how much the coaches are being effected by the downturn. It seems like it would be one of the frist things to go.

Ki, I am sure that they are hurting because it seems as soon as the market slowed their was all of a sudden three times the number of trainers/gurus hawking their sure fire way to make millions.

When times down into a downturn all agents should be evaluating their ROI on any marketing and determining their ROI to ensure they are spending their resources on those programs that produce results - bottom line dollars.
