I just registered tonight. I am a retired physician due to a medical illness. I had always wanted to be a reale estate investor. I just completed a general Robert Allen course in the several areas of investing. Then, I found an on line course where I was able to focus on pre foreclosure and short sale purchases. I am ready and feel confident to make my first calls. Hopefully, my advertising, new met associations with Escrow companies, Realators, Mortgage Bankers, Hard money lenders, Real estate clubs in S Calif, and Online NOD seeking court recording companies, will make my work easier?
