Sounds interesting. I know there is some opportunity in the Phoenix area for purchasing below market. The only catch is that most of these homes need at least some work -- even if just cosmetic. The homes that are "move-in ready" typically sell quicker at or only slighlty below market.

Are you looking only at a buy-and-resale strategy or are you also looking to fix and flip properties for profit? I can think of several properties I've shown lately that could use some work and may be good flips.
