Re: FSBO Scripts
We use FSBO scripts from Jerry Bresser and Mike Ferry. Jerry's scripts seem to be easier for our newer agents to feel comfortable with. Mike's scripts ae a bit more aggressive and some agents feel a bit uneasy at first. I hear, "I can't say that" quite often. I alway reply, "Yes you can".
The most important thing about using scripts is to use them. Being well rehearsed builds confidence in the agent and instills confidence in the prospect.
