Aren't there regulations as to the size of a real estate sign in the Phoenix area? Unfortunately, as innovative as the sign idea is, it would not fly in some markets due to the size.

I like the biz card idea, and the comments after the blog post led me to the website of their provider - it's always nice to check out different vendors for cards.
