Welcome to FamousAgents.com and thank you for the kind words regarding our forum.

The market has certainly changed compared to the last two years. The question that remains is... Is it for better or worse? I guess that depends on whether an agent was prepared for the change or is reacting to it.

You mentioned that you are just starting to work on an Internet program. May I ask what phase you are in? Have you developed a site yet?
