The market is doing pretty good here actually, If homes are priced right they are still selling quickly. Our market is quite a bit below many of the bigger cities around here so we get alot of spill over from people/investors who are getting out of those bigger more expensive markets. So send some buyers over, we still have some great deals here in Spokane!!

No, Not sure where Eltopia is.....we've been here in Spokane for only a couple of years so we are still finding our way around.
