While I agree on the free section, currently in our own Market since Drew knows it too, Chicago Tribune paper is dead may be the smaller papers like readers bring in a lead or two but beyond that it is all about internet. The big brokerages know it also and they still insist on charging six percent because that is the only thing that differentiates them. I would rather spend that six percent not on traditional advertising but on homestaging, landscaping and other things than 200 dollar Tribune ads that dont bring anything.
