E-mail Spam Software
Have you ever e-mailed a real estate agent and get a request to validate your e-mail? I always wonder if the real estate agent realizes that a prospect, may not want to validate their e-mail in order to get their request for information through to the agent.

LOL. Yes Glenn, I have seen that.
I sent an email to one agent and received a reply that he only accepts email from senders that he has previously approved. I still get a good laugh from that one. I found another agent to handle the referral though.

I have also seen this, it is annoying at the least. It is understandable for the average person (sort of), but not for an agent.
