So was wondering what others views are on eNeighborhoods. Are they a useful tool or just another moocher trying to get more of my pie? Has anyone used them? Does anyone know the cost? Are the leads actually real, viable, will buy or sale in 30-60days?

If you do not have a good presentation created then E-Neighborhoods is a good tool to have. I used it in the past and found it to be useful and compliment my listing package. For the cost IMHO it is very reasonable and useful. |
