PropertyMinder iMARKETING
So has anyone had any experience with these guys? Has anyone gone to one of the seminars? If so do they actually give out some good advise or is old advie and just a huge sales pith? I know there will be some sales pith weather at the end or wolven into the seminar, but if there are some good stratagies it might be worth it. Well as long as there stratagy isn't Link, link, link till your banned from google and yahoo.

Property Minder sounds like Craig Proctor on PPC from what I read in the forum. It is saying, use Craig's strategies of foreclosure zero percent listing and such and put it to the PPC. And oh yea since your average joe realtor does not have a clue on search engines let them run this for you for 300% the cost of PPC. I dont know if others got a similar view of their website.

What's PPC? I figured it was something like Craig's, but I thought or was wondering if it was even work attending to get some ideas. At the minimum find out what other agents are doing. I think that is knowing the competion and their stratagy??
