About five years ago we tried advertising in Homes & Land and few others. If I remember correctly the Homes & Land ad cost us about $1000 a month and we received ZERO sales from it.
In my opinion, the only reason to run an ad is to please the seller.
As the saying goes, "Your mileage may vary."
