I have noticed that yahoo ranks some funny pages for certain keywords. I have had sub pages show up that do not apply to the search term except for keywords in the domain. However, the keyword search term is different because of extra words. Now MSN is a whole different ball game many times it misses the very best pages for a certain search term. I think MSN search sucks and needs to be redesigned from the ground up.

But, I did recently hear from someone that they get great conversion on the traffic from MSN ad center. Which is MSN's PPC program for those that might not know.
