Hi guys, I wanted to create a quality quideline list for directories. I would love to hear your input on the issue and may be expand the criterias mentioned in the post a little bit.

Here is my short list

1- No reciprocal requirements,
2- Existence of authority sites already present
3- No empty category pages
4- Original coding and content of the directory.
5- No generic search terms.

Is there any more to this list you would like to add??
