Yes those happened to be ethnic stations. I would never air an ad on a English station in another language. It drives me nuts when ads are in Spanish or even part of an ad is, do they expect everyone to know Spanish?
Our current push that we are starting is 100% English based as we have tapped out the European market at this point. It will be 4 weeks long and puts us on one major radio station and 4 cable stations (in our target markets).
We do have a Spanish marketing plan that is being worked on also, TV and Radio, that should be a huge draw as that market is very large in Chicago.
