I personally prefer photos to the digital tours that make you feel like you are looking through a fishbowl and give you less control than a series of photos you can click through. Digital tours give the viewer too much information. However, sometimes sellers think that they are pretty cool. I'm old-school; curiosity sells better than too much information. Generally, I prefer to omit photos of bathrooms and bedrooms unless they are photogenic. Photos of every bed and every toilet tend to kill curiosity-based interest.
Good point about everyone going mobile. Now I have a good way to explain to potential sellers why I don't use them!
