Many of the garages I've sold were very well cooled... and while this isn't Phoenix, it does get pretty warm here. And it isn't one of those dry heats, either (like sticking your head in an oven is less unconfortable...). We have a wet, sticky heat that a simple swamp cooler won't help with.
