Is any one using SharperAgent for their followup and drip e-mail campaigns?
What has been your experience and how did you like the service?
I have noticed that their system shows e-mails being sent, but recipients are not opening them. In one campaign, I have about a 20% opening rate, while in another campaign no one person opened an e-mail. For better clarification - the first campaign has 80 recipients and the second campaign has 120.
